This website is operated by the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (the “Department”), the Puerto Rico industrial Development Company (“PRIDCO”), and the Rums of Puerto Rico program (“ROPR”).

The Federal Child Privacy Act regulates website’s collection of personal information on users under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect such information on anyone we know to be under 18 years of age. If such information is inadvertently obtained, we will take the necessary steps to delete the information as soon as we are made aware that said information pertains to a person under 18 years of age.
